Let's customize and design your unforgettable party. 

You create the guest list! How many people will be attending? 

We suggest.... 

  • Beach Location: A safe and clean area of the beach with access to restrooms and shaded spots.

  • Best Times: Late morning, or early afternoon/evening (e.g., 10:00 AM or after 2:00 PM) to avoid strong sun exposure.

  • Best Theme Colors: Aqua, teal, lavender, and silver.

Decorations

  1. Entrance:

    • We create a "Mermaid Cove" archway in ocean colors.

    • We add a "Welcome to [Child's Name]'s Mermaid Party" sign.

  2. Seating & Tables

    • We use folding tables with aqua tablecloths.

    • We decorate with mermaid overlays, seashells, and starfish.

    • We set up beach blankets and cushions in theme colors for casual seating.

  3. Photo Booth:

    • Backdrop: A "sunken treasure chest" with gold coins, pearls, and seaweed decorations.

    • Props: Mermaid tails, seashell crowns, pirate hats, and tridents.

  1. Theme Additions:

    • String up paper lantern jellyfish or fish-shaped kites.

    • Scatter "sea creatures" around the party area.

    • We provide Eco-Friendly sand toys.

    • We provide mermaid theme towels to take home as keepsakes.

    • We can create an "underwater atmosphere" with bubble machines that continuously blows bubbles near the photo booth at the event.

    • We can create a DIY mermaid Jewelry Station with a small table and a variety of materials like faux pearls, small charms, colorful beads, and elastic strings for kids to make their own necklaces, bracelets, or key chains. 
    • Ocean inspired pinata in the shape of a seashell, mermaid tail, starfish. Filled with candy, small toys, and mini treasures.


 

 

Activities

  1. Mermaid Crown Making:

    • Provide plastic headbands, seashells, faux pearls, and glue for DIY crowns.

  2. Treasure Hunt:

    • Hide small treasures like plastic gems, gold coins, and seashells in the sand.

  3. Beach Games:

    • Relay race with "mermaid tails" (fabric sacks).

    • Sandcastle contest judged by creativity.

  4. Water Play:

    • Set up a shallow kiddie pool or water balloons for safe splashing fun.

 

 

Food and Drinks

  1. Snacks:

    • "Seaweed" chips (green tortilla chips).

    • "Mermaid tails" (croissant sandwiches).

    • "Clam cookies" (vanilla wafers with pink frosting pearls).

  2. Drinks:

    • Blue punch ("Ocean Water").

    • Mini water bottles with mermaid-themed labels.

  3. Cake:

    • A mermaid-themed cake with edible seashells and a shimmering tail topper.

    • Cupcakes with ocean swirl frosting as an alternative.
