Welcome to Mermaid Quake. I’m Laura, the woman behind this small business, bringing together mermaid-inspired gifts, coastal finds, and little moments of joy for beach days and celebrations.

My vision is to grow Mermaid Quake into more than a place to shop: a woman-owned boutique that creates opportunities to discover and support other women-owned small businesses.

As I shape our collection, I’m making support for other women-owned small businesses a priority. That means seeking out women-owned brands and makers, learning the stories behind their businesses, and thoughtfully choosing products that belong in Mermaid Quake.

This is the direction I’m building toward, not a claim that every product in our store comes from a woman-owned business. As we grow, I want to share more about the women-owned businesses we work with and help customers discover the people behind their purchases.

Our focus is on gifts, beach-day essentials, creative activities, and celebration finds with mermaid charm and coastal character. I’m refining the range to better reflect that purpose, with closer attention to materials and clear product information rather than broad environmental promises.

My goal is to build a lasting small business while making room for other women-owned businesses to grow alongside it. Every purchase supports Mermaid Quake’s journey and helps shape what comes next.
