Tracking your Delivery
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We strive to bring our customers great value and service which is why we provide fast international shipping from our warehouses in the United States and in China. Our USPS shipping policy applies to all countries within North America, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil and most of Europe and Asia.
A shipping fee between $5.00 - $25.00 USD will be applied at checkout if your order is under $50 USD. The fee will be calculated based on the items purchased and the shipping destination. Tax is calculated separately and also based on location.
While we are proud to offer international shipping services to over 200 countries, there are some locations we are unable to ship to at this time. If you happen to be in one of those countries, we will contact you regarding your refund options.
Any extra taxes, duties or other fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may be subject to customs fees when they arrive in your country.
Shipping times will vary by location. These are our estimates:

*Estimated shipping times do not include additional 2-5 day order processing time, and exclude any potential clearance/customs delays.
Sometimes Holiday Shipping delays are out of our control and you may want to purchase a gift card instead.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking information where applicable.
Q. What if the Tracking says: “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.
A. For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days prior and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us directly. email@example.com
Q. WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
A. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
LOST / MISSING PACKAGES
We are not liable if the incorrect address is entered during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before placing your order. If the error is ours, we will take full responsibility for the original order at no further cost to you. Please email us if you've made any errors in your checkout at firstname.lastname@example.org
If the shipment tracking information shows your package as "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the post office or courier company directly for information in case it was prematurely tagged as delivered and on a truck. If it has been determined that the package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will also file a claim with USPS.
